The Society of Friends of Dubrovnik Antiques celebrated new projects and accomplishments

Every year, as it has this year, the amount of funds that the Society of Friends of Dubrovnik Antiques invests in the preservation of cultural heritage has increased, and so is this year as well.

'For the last two years, we reinvest all the profit we gain. The profit is directed towards the preservation and renovation of our cultural heritage, and we have plans to do the same in 2017', stated Niko Kapetanic, the head of this renowned Dubrovnik association. Mr Kapetanic adds: 'this year we expect to have three big celebrations; the end of works and investments at Sokol city in Konavle, Rector's Palace in Slano and st Jeronim fort in Ston. Our top priority for the future is to completely renovate the city walls and for this purpose we currently have works inside of Minceta fortress and the west area of the walls.

The list of monuments that are currently undergoing renovation is long, as well as the list of the planned activities and renovations. We can only hope that
